When placing an order with BarsDirect (barsdirect.co.uk), you are confirming that you agree to the following terms;

Returns / Exchanges

We will happily refund or replace any purchases made that do not meet your expectations, providing they are received back to our offices within 14 days from the date the order was despatched.  All returned items must be unused and in a saleable condition, in the original, unopened packaging as supplied.  BarsDirect will refund costs for the item returned only and will not refund any postage costs you may have paid.

If you receive an item that you believe to be physically damaged or faulty, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt and we will take the necessary actions to rectify the issue.

Order Confirmation

An order is only accepted once it has been despatched. Notification shall be issued, to the supplied email address of the purchaser, once an order has been accepted and despatched. Here, you will be given your unique order number which should be quoted in any correspondence.

Order Dispatch

When all items are in stock at the time of order, your items will usually be dispatched within 48 hours for delivery within 5 working days.  All items will be dispatched securely packaged, although not necessarily in their original boxes.  As we buy in bulk we try to keep packaging costs to a minimum and re-use packaging wherever possible.

In the event that part of your order is unavailable for immediate dispatch, you will be informed as soon as possible and given the option to replace with a similar product, or  remove from your order entirely and receive a full refund for this item.
